About myself
I am a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited counsellor and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Good Practice. I aim to promote emotional well being in a confidential, private and safe environment, where you can overcome many of life's stresses and strains, helping you to be a more positive and relaxed person.
I have twenty years of counselling experience and 7 years as a supervisor for experienced and trainee counsellors.
